Terms

By paying or using Shipstack you agree to these terms.

1. You must be 18 or older to pay.
2. Paid placements are advertisements. They are not endorsements, reviews, or quality judgments.
3. Payment buys a rank attempt, not traffic, ranking on other sites, or any outcome besides the bid rules on this board.
4. Someone else can outbid you. Equal bids keep the older successful payment ahead.
5. Weekly scores decay every Monday 00:00 UTC: week_bid becomes floor(week_bid × 0.5).
6. Pool refunds happen only if a pool fails or is cancelled before it fills. Successful charges — including filled pools and ordinary bids — are not refundable.
7. The operator may remove spam, policy-violating, NSFW, or fraudulent listings without refund.
8. Stripe processes payments. Shipstack does not store card numbers. Identity is the artifact URL plus the email Stripe reports.
9. No accounts, comments, likes, or public third-party API are provided.
10. The service is provided as-is. Rank changes only after a verified Stripe checkout.session.completed webhook.
